This skirt is made with double layer attached to elastic at the waistline and also 100% cotton fabric.
It is very common for petti skirts to slide down from dresses while kids are running or playing around. When you purchase a dress from this shop, we will make the petti skirt detachable to secure the dress with the skirt, so it doesn't slide down.
All dresses and skirts in my shop are cut and handmade by me. I use and industrial straight stitch sewing machine and serge all seams for a professional and clean look.

Wash delicate in cold water and dry in low heat or hang dry. If you decide to iron, use the low settings.
